摘　　要：目的分析研究下肢骨折患者实施个性化护理干预的效果及患者术后疼痛、生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的76例下肢骨折患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法将其均分为参照组和研究组,各38例。其中给予传统护理的为参照组,给予个性化护理的为研究组,比较两组的VAS疼痛评分、生活质量评分。结果研究组术后各时段的VAS疼痛评分皆低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组生活质量各指标评分皆高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于下肢骨折患者的护理实施个性化护理方案,能够减轻患者的术后疼痛,改善其生活质量,同时进一步的促进患者的预后恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on patients with lower limb fracture and the effect of postoperative pain and quality of life. Methods 76 patients with lower extremity fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into reference group and study group with 38 cases in each group according to the numerical table method. The patients were divided into two groups: control group (n =38) and study group (n =38). The reference group was given traditional nursing and the study group was given individualized nursing. The VAS pain score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS pain scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0 05). The scores of quality of life in the inquiry group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The individualized nursing program for patients with lower limb fracture can obviously relieve the postoperative pain and improve the quality of life, and further promote the recovery of prognosis of the patients.
