摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中应用优质护理服务的效果。方法选择58例2015年1月—2018年11月在我院分娩的妊娠高血压综合征产妇,根据双模拟法分为两组,对照组应用标准化的护理服务,观察组应用优质护理服务,对比两组效果。结果观察组产妇24小时出血量少于对照组;观察组对护理的总满意率为96.55%高于对照组79.91%。两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血的预防中,优质护理服务有着显著的效果,有助于减少出血量,提高产妇安全系数,还能改善护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of applying quality nursing services in postpartum hemorrhage care for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods 58 pregnant women with PIH delivered in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2018 were divided into two groups according to the double simulation method. The control group was given standardized nursing service, while the observation group was given high quality nursing service. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The 24-hour hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.55%, higher than 79.91% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in women with pregnancy-induced hypertension, high-quality nursing services have significant effects, which can help reduce the amount of bleeding, improve maternal safety factor, and improve nursing satisfaction.
