摘  要:为了系统分析城市内涝发生机理,明确不同情景下的内涝风险和引发内涝积水原因,提出解决城市内涝问题的建议,以北京市清河内典型流域老龙口沟为例,利用InfoWorks ICM软件分别构建降雨-产流、管网汇流、河道汇流与地表漫流模型,并耦合形成精细化综合洪涝模型。在此基础上模拟不同暴雨情景下的管网排水状态、河道行洪与地表漫流过程。结果表明:雨水管网建设标准偏低,低于1年一遇雨水管网不达标率高达79%;河道抵御暴雨洪水能力较强,现状行洪能力高于50年一遇洪水行洪要求;内涝积水点多集中于低洼道路和建筑区低洼处以及河道拐弯处。通过模拟结果分析该流域的内涝积水问题由不透水下垫面比例高、管网排水能力弱、局部地形低洼、局地强降雨易发等多因素综合造成,研究可为内涝问题治理提供技术支撑。In order to systematically analyze the occurrence mechanism of urban flood, clarify the risk of flood in different scenarios and the causes of internal stagnation, and put forward suggestions for solving the problem of urban flood, this paper takes the Laolongkou, a typical watershed in the Qing River of Beijing City as an example, and uses InfoWorks ICM software to construct rainfall-runoff, pipe network convergence, river convergence and surface flowing models respectively and couples to form a refined integrated flood model finally. Based on it, the drainage state of the pipe network, river flooding and surface flooding process under different storm scenarios are simulated. The results show that the rainwater pipe network construction standard is low and the rate of failure of rainwater pipe network is as high as 79%. The Laolongkou drainage ditch has strong ability to withstand storms and floods. The current flooding capacity of the river channel is higher than that of the flood flooding in 50 years. Most of the inflowing water points are concentrated on the underpass of the road, the low-lying area of the building and the turn of the river. Through the simulation results, the problem of the waterlogging accumulation in the basin is caused by many factors such as high ratio of impervious underwater surface, weak drainage capacity of the pipeline network, low local terrain, and frequent local rainfall.
