摘  要:研究了单茂钪催化剂分别催化3种Si-H官能化苯乙烯(FSt)与苯乙烯(St)共聚合的性能,并对所制聚合物的结构和热性能进行了表征。结果表明:单茂钪催化剂能够高活性、高间规选择性地催化FSt与St共聚合,共聚合活性大于113 kg/(mol·h);通过调整单体与催化剂摩尔比,可制备一系列组成可调(Si-H摩尔分数为4%~50%),相对分子质量可控(数均分子量为1.9×10^4~4.1×10^4)的FSt-St共聚物;当共聚物中FSt摩尔分数小于10%时,可获得具有高熔点的FSt-St共聚物;FSt-St共聚物均为序列无规共聚物。通过硅氢加成反应,可制备环氧官能化高间规聚苯乙烯。Three types of copolymerization between Si-H-functionalized styrenes(FSt) with styrene (St) catalyzed by the half-sandwich scandium complex were investigated respectively. The chain-structure and thermal properties of the polymers obtained were characterized. The experimental results indicate that the half-sandwich scandium complex catalyst shows high syndioselectivity and polymerization activity over 113 kg/(mol·h) for the copolymerization of FSt with St. A series of FSt-St copolymers with adjustable composition (the mole fraction of Si-H ranging from 4% to 50%) and controlled molecular weight(1.9×10^4-4.1×10^4) are successfully prepared by adjusting the molar ratio of monomer to catalyst. Copolymers with high melting point are obtained when the insertion of FSt is less than 10%. All the copolymers obtained are random copolymers in sequence. Epoxy functionalized high syndiotactic polystyrene is prepared via hydrosilylation reaction.
