摘 要:机械效率是低速大扭矩液压马达最重要的技术指标之一,目前从定量的角度,综合研究影响机械效率的各种因素及其变化规律的报道很少。该文提出一种简便的实验方法,通过测量不同流量下低速大扭矩马达进出口及缸体油柱压力,定量研究影响机械效率的各种因素及其变化规律,结果表明:拌油损失可忽略不计;液阻损失与流量的二次方成正比;机械摩擦损失随着流量和压力的增大,开始呈下降趋势,然后缓慢上升,但变化幅度较小,当流量超过160L/min后,占总损失的比例小于20%。Mechanical efficiency is one of the most important technology index of low speed large torque hydraulic motor, but the report from quantify and comprehensive study the factors and its law of mechanical efficiency is little recently. This paper put forward a simple experimental method ,study the factors and law of mechanical efficiency of low speed large torque hydraulic motor by test the press of inlet port, outlet port and cylinder block by means of adjust flow. Experimental results show that churning losses can be neglect, fluid resistance is direct ratio of the square of flow, and the mechanical friction losses is descend first and then ascend slow, but change range is small, when flow≥160 L/min, proportion is less than 20% of overall losses.
