摘　　要：产品标准规定的检验规则是指导生产企业控制产品质量水平的作业指导书,它既要遵循科学规范,又要便于操作。产品标准GB/T2540-2013《皮革表带》的检验规则分为抽查、出厂检验、型式检验以及有害物质限量检验等四个方面对产品质量水平进行把控,符合抽查人员的操作与判定。但是,从抽检的加倍复检上还存在一些需要讨论的问题。Inspection rules setting in product standard are standard operation procedure to guide enterprise control products quality level. It should abide by the scientific regulations and be easy to operate. Inspection rules of GB/T 2540-2013 “Leather bracelets” are divided into random inspection, ex-factory inspection, type inspection, limited inspection of harmful substances to control products quality level. It seems specific and easy for random inspectors to operate and judge, however, there are still some problems that need to be discussed from the double retest of sampling inspection.
