摘　　要：老年痴呆病是一种起病隐匿的进行性发展的神经系统退行性疾病。本文介绍了目前已报道的抗老年痴呆症药物活性中间体的合成路线,并对其进行初步的评价,以期能够找到工业化生产的较佳合成工艺路线。Alzheimer's disease is a progressive degenerative neurological degenerative disease. Current existing synthetic routes of anti-Alzheimer's disease drug active intermediates were introduced, analyzed, discussed and appraised in this thesis in order to search for a better synthetic route for industrial production.
