摘　　要：目的探讨优泌乐25联合阿卡波糖对老年2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及C肽水平的影响。方法选择2017年4月—2018年8月广州市花都区人民医院收治的100例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。观察组给予优泌乐25联合阿卡波糖治疗,对照组给予阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组患者糖脂代谢及C肽水平。结果观察组糖脂代谢水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组C肽水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者采用优泌乐25联合阿卡波糖治疗,可改善患者脂代谢异常,降低C肽水平,促进患者转归。Objective To investigate the effect of Lipro 25 combined with acarbose on glucose and lipid metabolism and C-peptide level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from April,2017 to August,2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with Lipro 25 combined with acarbose,and the control group were treated with acarbose.Glucose and lipid metabolism,and C peptide levels were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Lipro 25 combined with acarbose can improve the abnormal lipid metabolism,reduce the level of C peptide,and promote the prognosis of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
