规范化护理管理对临床外周浅静脉留置针应用的调查分析

摘　　要：目的观察并分析规范化护理管理对临床外周浅静脉留置针的效果影响。方法对该院临床科室使用静脉留置针情况进行调查,选取其中2015年5月—2016年6月期间50例外周浅静脉留置针患者作为对照组,选取2016年7月—2017年8月期间50例外周浅静脉留置针患者作为观察组,比较实施规范化护理管理前后不良反应发生情况。结果经过相关护理后观察组不良反应(8.00%)明显少于对照组(30.00%),两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.724,P<0.05)。结论在临床外周浅静脉留置针中实施规范化护理管理效果较好,值得今后推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the effe ct of standardized nursing management on the clinical peripheral superficial vein indwelling needle. Methods The patients with venous indwelling needles in our clinical department were investigated. The patients with 50 cases of superficial perfusion of the superficial veins were selected as the control group from May 2015 to June 2016. The period from July 2016 to August 2017 was selected. Patients with exceptional peripheral venous indwelling needles were used as observation group to compare the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after standardized nursing management. Results After the related nursing, the adverse reactions in the observation group(8.00%)were significantly less than those in the control group(30.00%). There was a difference in the data between the two groups(χ^2=15.724,P<0.05). Conclusion It is worthwhile to implement standardized nursing management in clinical peripheral superficial vein indwelling needles, which is worthy of popularization and application in the future.
