不同护理管理模式在提高传染病病房护理质量中的效果的对照观察

摘　　要：目的探究不同护理管理模式在提高传染病病房护理质量中的效果。方法选取该院传染病病房2016年8月—2018年8月间收治的108例患者作为主要研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者的护理人员接受常规传染病病房护理管理模式,观察组患者的护理人员接受人性化护理管理模式。结果观察组患者护理满意度、护士工作满意度、医生满意度调查量表评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在护理前SDS评分和SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过2个月的护理后,观察组患者SDS评分和SAS评分明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传染病病房中应用人性化管理模式能有效提高患者、护士以及医生满意度,缓解患者负性情绪,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of different nursing management modes in improving the quality of care in infectious disease wards. Methods 108 patients admitted to our hospital infectious disease ward from August 2016 to August2018 were selected as the main research subjects and divided into control group and observation group. The nursing staff of the control group received the nursing management mode of the conventional infectious disease ward, and the nursing staff of the observation group received the humanized nursing management mode. Results The nursing satisfaction, nurse job satisfaction, and doctor satisfaction survey scales of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in pre-care SDS score and SAS score(P>0.05). After two months of nursing, the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the arbitrarily managed management mode in infectious disease wards can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients,nurses and doctors, and alleviate the negative emotions of patients. It is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
