品管圈护理管理模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用方法及效果

摘　　要：目的研究品管圈护理管理模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用方法及效果。方法随机抽取于2017年11月—2018年11月到该院接受手术治疗的54例患者作为该次研究对象,使用随机数字表法将所有患者分为A组(n=27)与B组(n=27)。其中,对A组患者给予常规手术室护理风险管理模式,B组患者给予品管圈护理管理模式,观察对比两组的护理合格率与护理满意度。结果 A组各项指标的护理合格率均低于B组;A组护理满意度为81.48%,低于B组护理满意度的96.30%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈护理管理模式应用到临床手术室护理风险管理中具有加高的实用价值,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application methods and effects of quality management mode of quality control circle in operating room nursing risk management. Methods A total of 54 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly selected. All patients were divided into group A(n=27) and group B(n=27)using random number table method. Among them, the patients in group A were given the risk management model of routine operating room care, and the patients in group B were given the quality management mode of quality control circle to observe the nursing qualification rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The nursing pass rate of each index in group A was lower than that in group B. The satisfaction degree of group A was 81.48%, which was lower than that of group B 96.30%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the quality management model of quality control circle to clinical operation room nursing risk management has the practical value of heightening, which is worthy of popularization and application.
