摘　　要：在我国实际发展的过程中,医院全面质量管理受到了广泛的关注与重视,已经形成了良好的管理模式,但是,部分医院尚未研究出全面质量管理的方式方法。所以,需要结合实际状况,探索具体的全面质量管理措施,近年来,全面质量管理(TQM)的理念和方法在医院质量管理中广泛应用并取得显著成效。为此,作者在查阅相关国内外文献的基础上,将我国医院TQM研究进展作一综述,希望此文对基层医院TQM的应用能起到指导作用。In the process of actual development in China, the hospital’s total quality management has received extensive attention, and a good management model has been formed. However, some hospitals have not yet developed a comprehensive quality management method. Therefore, it is necessary to explore specific overall quality management measures in light of the actual situation. In recent years, TQM’s concepts and methods have been widely applied in hospital quality management and achieved remarkable results. To this end, the author reviews the progress of TQM research in hospitals in China based on the relevant domestic and foreign literatures. The author hopes that this article can play a guiding role in the application of TQM in primary hospitals.
