康复旅馆的构建对肿瘤日间病房患者延续护理的成效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复旅馆的构建对肿瘤日间病房患者延续护理的影响。方法:将86例治疗出院的晚期恶性肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用预防姑息治疗,观察组在姑息治疗基础上给予康复旅馆延续性护理干预措施。比较两组生活质量(QLQ-C30)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、睡眠情况及自尊水平(SES)评分。结果:护理后,观察组QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P <0. 05),SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05),入睡时间短于对照组(P <0. 05),睡眠时间长于对照组(P <0. 05),SES评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:给予晚期恶性肿瘤患者康复旅馆模式的延续护理干预,可以有效改善患者生活质量,缓解不良情绪,提高睡眠情况及自尊水平。Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation hotel construction on the continuous care of patients in tumor day ward.Methods:A total of 86 patients with advanced malignant tumor who were discharged after treatment were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method.The control group received preventive palliative care,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention measures in the rehabilitation hotel mode on the basis of palliative care.Quality of life(QLQ-C30)score,depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,sleep status and self-esteem level(SES)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,QLQ-C30 score of observation group was higher than that of control group( P <0.05),SDS and SAS score were lower than that of control group( P <0.05),time to sleep was shorter than that of control group( P <0.05),during sleep time was longer than that of control group( P <0.05),SES score was higher than that of control group( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention in the rehabilitation hotel model for patients with advanced malignant tumor can effectively improve the quality of life,alleviate bad emotions,improve sleep and self-esteem.
