摘　　要：旧工业园区的再生利用是新旧体系有机融合的过程,如何在“有效保护”的宗旨和前提下对其进行“有机更新”成为当下社会关注的热点问题。文章以云南871文化创意园区改造为例,从文化元素入手,对旧工业园区再生利用中建筑、景观等方面的品质设计问题进行了研究,探讨了工业遗迹如何涅槃重生,工业元素的保留与创新创意的艺术感相结合,使得工业遗产在挖掘、发现并赋予文化价值之后成为文化遗产,最终达到旧工业园区再生利用时提升环境品质的目的。Regeneration and utilization of old industrial parks is a process of organic integration of the old and new systems. How to carry out "organic renewal" under the purpose and premise of "effective protection" has become a hot issue of current social concern. Taking the renovation of Yunnan 871 Cultural and Creative Park as an example, focusing on the cultural elements, this paper studies the quality design of architecture and landscape in the recycling of old industrial parks, and probes into how industrial relics can be reproduced. The preservation of industrial elements is combined with the artistic creativity, so that the cultural value of industrial heritage can be achieved, and thus it becomes a cultural heritage. The purpose of improving environmental quality in the reuse of old industrial parks can also be finally achieved.
