超薄快速均热地暖特性实验研究

摘  要:地暖以其舒适健康、绿色环保的特点受到越来越多人青睐,但普通地暖存在能耗大、热阻大、预热时间长等问题。本文通过对地暖结构及材料进行优化改善,设计出一种超薄快速均热(UTFB)地暖,并通过对UTFB地暖和普通地暖的实验对比研究,得出UTFB地暖的传热的特性、传热热阻大小,同时在此基础上着重研究分析了管热阻对传热效果的影响。最终发现,UTFB地暖相较于普通地暖存在可以提高反应速度、减小热阻和提高地板辐射传热速率的优势特点,这为日后地暖的发展提供一定的理论研究基础。Floor heating is favored by more and more people due to its comfortable, healthy, green and environmental characteristics. Based on the structure and material of floor heating is optimized to improve, design a kind of Ultra-thin Fast and balance(UTFB) floor heating, and through the experimental comparison study of UTFB floor heating and normal heating f loor, draw a UTFB f loor heating characteristics of heat transfer, heat transfer resistance size,at the same time on the basis of the research, this paper emphatically analyzes the tube, and the effects of thermal resistance of heat transfer. Finally, it was found that UTFB floor heating, compared with ordinary floor heating, has the advantages of improving reaction speed, improving floor heating heat soaking, reducing pipe heat resistance and improving floor radiation heat transfer rate, which provides a certain theoretical research basis for future floor heating development.
