摘 要:在钻井工程中,钻井液漏失经常发生且不易判断漏失位置,准确监测到钻井液漏失的位置对堵漏作业非常关键[1]-[4]。本文采用超声波流速测量方法监测因钻井液漏失而导致的流速变化并实时记录,通过与井口的时间-井深记录比对从而判断出钻井液的漏失位置。井下监测系统安装于钻杆前端,随钻随测,多组耐高温、高压的超声波传感器可以提高恶劣环境下检测的可靠性和适应性,监测电路以数字信号处理器为核心实现对钻井液流速的实时测量及数据的处理、存储及回放功能。电路设计上采用两种测量系统相互验证和补充:时差检测体制应用了时间间隔为皮秒级的测量技术以实现对微小的流速变化的检测,从而提高了检测精度;频差检测体制不易受到干扰,适应性强。系统在室内进行了模拟试验,结果表明该系统实现流速测量功能且工作稳定,为该技术的深入研究与应用奠定了基础。In drilling engineering, drilling fluid losses often occurs and is not easy to find in time. Accurate monitoring of the location of drilling fluid losses is very important for plugging operation. In this paper, the ultrasonic measurement method is used to detect the flow velocity change that is caused by drilling fluid losses, then the drilling fluid losses position can be determined by comparing with the time-depth record at the wellhead. The down hole monitoring system is installed in the front of drill pipe. While drilling, multi group ultrasonic sensors of heat resistant and compression can improve the reliability and adaptability of detection in bad environment. The detection circuit takes digital signal processor as the core to realize the real-time measurement of drilling fluid flow rate and the functions of data processing, storage and playback. In circuit design, two kinds of measurement system are used to verify and complement each other. The time-difference measurement system uses the technology of picoseconds time-interval to improve detection accuracy of losses position. The frequency- difference measurement system is not easily disturbed and has good adaptability. The system has been tested in the laboratory and the results show that the system realizes the function of velocity measurement and works stably. This study lays a foundation for further research of this technology.
