摘　　要：为减少因流浪猫的日益增多而造成的城市环境威胁和公共卫生危害,本研究根据城市流浪猫的成因和危害,将捕获-绝育及医疗处置-放归(TNR)救助原则,应用到流浪猫APP交互式管理的设计和研究中,设计了一套流浪猫登记、信息共享、移动互联网跟踪、放生和领养等全流程管理平台,实现了用户提供救助信息和资源共享,提供了救援方和领养方相互协作的载体,建立了目标用户对流浪猫情感需求的心理模型,构建了突出社会公益交互原则的基层架构,从而为流浪猫的信息化管理、分布、大数据分析、数量控制、社会救助及公益活动,提供了一个科学可靠的流浪猫管理APP平台。In order to reduce any threats to urban environment and hazards to public health caused by the increasing number of stray cats,the TNR programme(trap,neuter and release)was applied in the interaction design and research of APP for urban stray cats,then a management system,including the whole process of stray cats registration,information sharing,mobile Internet tracking,releasing and adoption,was designed to provide rescue information by users and to share resources as the platform for mutual collaboration between rescuers and adopters. In addition,the psychological model of target users' emotional needs for stray cats was established to construct a basic framework with the focus on public welfare interaction,so as to provide a scientific and reliable APP system for information management,distribution,big data analysis,quantity control,social assistance and public welfare activities.
