网络创新环境的影响因素研究——基于BP-DEMATEL模型的实证分析

摘　　要：互联网与中国经济的深度融合,为创新注入了前所未有的活力,网络创新正在引发广泛的社会变革。网络创新环境是网络创新的基础性资源,识别并区分网络创新环境影响因素的重要程度及相互关系,具有重要的现实意义。本文从网络创新基础和网络创新社会氛围两个方面构建网络创新环境影响因素指标体系,基于我国31个省市区(除港、澳、台)的实际数据,通过建立BP-DEMATEL模型,对影响因素进行了识别和分析,根据BP神经网络算法得到影响因素间的直接关联矩阵,并用DEMATEL方法计算中心度和原因度,提炼出主要影响因素、原因型和结果型影响因素,进而对改善我国网络创新环境提出了相应的政策建议。The deep integration of Internet and Chinese economy has injected unprecedented vitality into innovation, which is triggering extensive social changes. Network innovation environment is the basic resource of network innovation. It is of great practical significance to identify and distinguish the importance of environmental influencing factors of network innovation and their relationship. This paper constructs the index system of environmental influencing factors of network innovation from two aspects: the basis of network innovation and the social atmosphere of network innovation. By establishing BP-DEMATEL model and using the actual data of 31 provinces in China, this paper identifies and analyzes the influencing factors, obtains the direct correlation matrix among influencing factors according to the BP neural network algorithm, and applies the DEMATEL method to calculate the degree of centrality and causality and extract the main influencing factors, causal factors and result-based factors. Then, it puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations to improve the network innovation environment in China.
