摘  要:为研究三通道转杯混色毛纱用于针织物时的混色规律,提出了利用有色纯羊毛在三通道转杯毛纺细纱机上生产混色毛色纱。利用三通道转杯毛纺细纱机在线调控纤维比例、混色与成纱同步进行的特点,生产不同比例、不同颜色的混色羊毛纱,并编织针织平纹织物。分别利用相对值法及最小二乘法研究三通道转杯毛纺混色针织物关于Kubelka-Munk(简称K-M)双常数理论的配色模型。结果表明:2种方法预测的样本色差均值均在1左右,比例误差均值在3%以下。最小二乘法对3组分样本的配色效果较好,相对值法对2组分样本的配色结果较好。In order to study the color mixing law of the three-channel rotor mixed color wool yarn used in knitted fabrics, it was proposed to produce mixed color wool yarn on the three channel rotor spun machine with colored pure wool.By using the new spinning method, the proportion of fiber can be adjusted online, and the color mixing and yarn forming were synchronous.The plain fabrics were knitted by the mixed color yarns of different proportions and different colors.The relative method and the least square method were used to study the color matching model of K-M double constant theory for knitted fabrics of three channel rotor spun yarn.The results showed that the average color difference of the samples predicted by the two methods was about1, and the mean value of the proportional error was below 3%.The least square method had a better color matching effect on the three-component sample, and the relative value method had better color matching results for the two-component sample.
