摘 要:为了研究芯纱含量对织物性能的影响并解决兔毛可纺性差、纤维间抱合力差的纺纱难点,选用3种不同线密度(3.5、4.5、5.5 tex)的水溶性PVA为芯纱,兔毛/天丝混纺纱做外包纱线的中空纱,制得兔毛/天丝混纺中空纱针织产品,并进行性能测试,研究织物的透气、透湿、保暖性与芯纱含量的关系,比较退维后纱线的中空结构对织物性能的影响。结果表明:芯纱含量相同时, PVA溶解后的中空纱织物较PVA溶解前的透气、透湿、保暖性均有所提高,芯纱含量在20%~25%时,中空纱织物的性能较优异,可以兼顾较好的保暖性、透气性和透湿性,有利于扩大兔毛织物的应用范围。In order to study the effect of core yarn content on the properties of knitwear and solve the problem of poor spin ability and poor adhesion between fibers of rabbit wool, three kinds of water-soluble PVA yarns with different fineness (3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 tex) were selected as the hollow yarn of the outsourced yarn to made rabbit hair/Tencel blended hollow yarn knitted products.And performance tests were conducted, the relationship between air permeability, moisture permeability, heat preservation and yarn core content was studied and its effect of yarn hollow structure on fabric properties was compared.The results show that when the content of the core yarn is the same, the hollow yarn knitted fabric after PVA dissolution is better than that before PVA dissolution. The performance of core yarn with hollow yarn content of 20%-25% has superior performance in heat preservation, air permeability and moisture permeability, which is helpful to enlarge the application range of rabbit hair fabric.
