摘 要:针对活性炭对活性黄3RS染料模拟废水吸附的影响因素,比较了不同活性炭目数、初始质量浓度、pH值和温度条件下活性炭吸附活性黄3RS染料模拟废水的去除率。结果表明:静态吸附中活性炭质量0.1 g,粒径425μm(35目),活性黄3RS染料模拟废水pH值为4.0,初始质量浓度为20 mg/L,温度为50℃吸附300 min,模拟废水染料的去除率达99.9%。用准二级动力学方程模拟活性炭对活性黄3RS染料的吸附,其相关系数R^2=0.999,表明活性黄3RS染料在活性炭上的吸附遵循准二级动力学方程。The absorption factors of activated carbon for absorbing reactive yellow 3RS dye from simulated wastewater was studied in this paper.The removal efficiency of reactive yellow 3RS simulated waste water under different conditions of activated carbon number, initial concentration, pH value and temperature was compared.The experimental results show that the removal rate of reactive yellow 3RS dye from simulated wastewater reaches to 99.9% under conditions of 0.1 g activated carbon in static adsorption and diameter of 35 mesh, with 4.0 pH value of simulated wastewater, 20 mg/L of initial concentration and 50℃ under 300 min.The quasi-second-order kinetic equation was used to simulate the adsorption of reactive yellow 3RS dye by activated carbon, with correlation coefficient of R 2=0.999, which indicates that the adsorption of reactive yellow 3RS dye by activated carbon follows the quasi-second -order kinetic equation.
