摘　　要：在快速工业化和城镇化背景下,乡村面临发展困境。近年来,国家城乡统筹战略指导下的新农村、美丽乡村等建设实践也暴露出问题和局限,乡村发展迫切需要新路径。2017年,"田园综合体"作为一种乡村综合发展模式迅速兴起,如何理解这个集现代农业、休闲旅游和田园社区的新型乡村发展模式?该文立足乡村农业价值导向,从生产力与生产关系互动视角出发,认为田园综合体是乡村发展新的支撑平台,包括助力农业现代化的要素平台、保障乡村生产关系转型的制度平台以及促进生产力与生产关系良性互动的合作平台,为实现乡村全面现代化提供方向。In the context of rapid industrialization and urbanization, the village faces development dilemma. In recent years, with the guidance of urban-rural integration development, the new countrysides, beautiful villages and other practices have faced with some problems, rural development urgently need a new path. In 2017,"pastoral complex" is rapidly emerging as a model of comprehensive rural development. How to understand this new model of rural development that combines modern agriculture, leisure travel and rural communities? Based on the guidance of rural agricultural value, from the perspective of the interaction between productive forces and production, we think that the "pastoral complex" can be the supporting platform for rural development, including the elements platform for agricultural modernization, the system platform to protect the supply of public goods and the cooperation platform to ensure the benign interaction between the forces and relations of production, so as to provide direction for a comprehensive modernization of rural areas.
