摘 要:以澳矿和永州矿1∶1的化合锰渣为主要原料,添加少量硅矿添加剂制备电解锰渣免烧砖。研究电解锰渣预处理时间、洗涤次数及药剂B的用量对免烧砖抗压、抗折性能的影响。经研究发现,随着添加剂硅矿含量以及洗涤次数的增加,免烧砖的抗压、抗折强度均呈平稳增大的趋势;随着药剂B用量和预处理时间的增加,免烧砖的抗压、抗折强度均呈先增大后减小的趋势。最终可以确定最佳的工艺条件为:电解锰渣80%,硅矿添加量20%,电解锰渣预处理时间2 h,洗涤次数2次及药剂B用量为300 mL,在此条件下,免烧砖的抗压强度为11.25 MPa,抗折强度为5.16 MPa,免烧砖的抗压、抗折性能满足JC 422-91和JC 239-91标准规定。Electrolytic manganese slag is the main raw material in the preparation process of baking-free brick, and it is made from the leaching process with the Australian Mine and Yongzhou Mine by the ratio of 1∶1.The baking-free bricks are prepared by the electrolytic manganese slag and a amount of silicon ore. The electrolytic manganese slag’s pretreatment time, washing times and the dosage of agent B impact on the compressive strength and flexural properties of the baking-free brick were studied. The result shows that, with the increasing of the silicon ore amount and the washing times, the compressive strength and flexural properties of the baking-free brick increasing on an even keel;with the increasing of the dosage of agent B and pretreatment time, the compressive strength and rupture strength of the baking-free brick increase firstly and then decrease. Finally, the optimal preparation condition of the baking-free brick is determined, 80% of the electrolytic manganese slag, 20% of the silicon ore, 2 h of the pretreatment time, 2 times of the washing times and 300 mL of the agent B. Under this condition, the compressive strength of the baking-free brick is 11.25 MPa, the flexural properties arrives at 5.16 MPa. They could meet the requirements of JC 422-91 and JC 239-91.
