摘 要:以偏铝酸钠和水玻璃为导向剂,采用水热法在不同复合模板剂的条件下合成硅铝酸盐介孔材料。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及比表面积测定仪(N_2吸附/脱附)等对合成样品进行表征分析,研究了复合模板剂种类、添加量配比对合成的硅铝酸盐介孔材料的孔结构、形貌及性能参数的影响。结果表明,最佳复合模板剂为F108、CTAB和CMC,确定F108加入量,CTAB与CMC加入量的质量比值为1∶0.3时,合成材料的结构参数最优,孔径越大,磁滞损耗和介电损耗正切值也越大,吸波性能更好。Aluminosilicate mesoporous materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method under different conditions of composite templating agent with sodium metaaluminate and water glass as guiding agents. The synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and specific surface area analyzer (N 2 adsorption/desorption), and the composite templating agent type and addition ratio were synthesized. The effect of pore structure, morphology and performance parameters of aluminosilicate mesoporous materials. The results show that the best composite template is F108, CTAB and CMC, and the amount of F108 is determined.
