摘  要:为满足飞机油门控制器的力学性能要求,发现设计方案中的薄弱环节,保证产品的强度、刚度和可靠性,对油门控制器进行力学特性仿真分析。采用ANSYS软件分析油门驱动控制器在承受冲击载荷下的应力应变情况,并进行模态分析和随机振动分析。仿真分析结果表明:该油门控制器设计方案合理,结构与强度符合工程要求。In order to meet the mechanical performance requirement of aircraft throttle controller, find the weak link in the design, ensure the strength, stiffness and reliability of the product, the mechanical characteristics of the throttle controller were simulated and analyzed.The ANSYS software was used to analyze the stress and strain of the throttle drive controller under impact loading, and the modal analysis and random vibration analysis were carried out.The simulation results show that the design of the throttle controller is reasonable, the structure and the strength meet the requirements of the project.
