摘 要:现代柴油机采用共轨喷油器已经成为其必不可少的环节,对共轨喷油器的工作特性研究具有重要意义。通过对共轨喷油器的主要结构进行数学建模,得出影响喷油器喷油特性和泄漏特性的结构参数。利用AMESim软件对共轨喷油器的工作过程进行仿真分析,得出单个结构参数对喷油率和泄漏量的影响,由此选择合理范围的结构参数进行正交试验,选用综合平衡法对指标进行评价。得出最优结构参数,优化方案在提高喷油器喷油率以及降低泄漏方面有明显的效果。The common rail injector has become an essential part of modern diesel engine, and it is important to study the its working characteristics. Through the mathematical modeling of the main structure of the common rail injector, the structural parameters affecting the injection characteristics and leakage characteristics of the injector were obtained. The working process of common rail injector was analyzed by AMESim, and the influence of individual structure parameters on injection rate and leakage rate was obtained. The orthogonal test was carried out by choosing the reasonable range of the structural parameters, comprehensive balance method was adopted to evaluate the indexes. The optimum structure parameters are obtained, and the optimized scheme has obvious effect in improving injection rate of injector and reducing the leakage.
