摘　　要：针对水泥行业固体流量计在使用过程中存在的喂料不稳定、计量误差大、精度低等缺点,将水泥窑生料喂料系统改为转子秤喂料系统,流量调节阀改为气动闸板阀。改造后,反馈值波动<0.5%,入窑提升机电流波动<5A,标定的计量误差0.2%,计量精度和喂料稳定性均高于固体流量计。This paper puts forward that the cement industry change the cement kiln raw meal powder feeding system into rotor scale feeding system and flow regulating valve into air-powered cut-off valve in view of the shortcomings such as feeding instability, large metering error, low precision in use of solid flowmeter. After renovation, the fluctuation of value feedback is less than 0.5%;the current fluctuation of the elevator is less than 5A;the metering error of calibration is 0.2%;both the metering precision and feeding stability are higher than those of the solid flowmeter.
