摘  要:针对传统自救器用氢氧化钙吸收率的测定方法存在时间长、效率低问题,研制了一种自救器用氢氧化钙吸收率测定装置。该测定装置采用pH值酸碱法测试原理,由pH值测试仪、真空天平、玻璃量杯和计算模块4个部分组成,具有测定时间短、测定数据精度高等特点。经过3组6次试验结果表明:每组测定时间均短于5 min,测试数据精度达到0.01%。Based on the long time and low efficiency of the traditional method for measuring the absorptivity of calcium hydroxide for self-rescuer,a device for measuring the absorptivity of calcium hydroxide for self-rescue devices was developed.It was based on the principle of pH acid-base method and consisted of four parts:pH value tester,vacuum balance,glass measuring cup and calculation module,then had the characteristics of short measuring time and high precision of measuring data.After six tests in three groups,the results showed that the measuring time of each group was less than 5 minutes,and the accuracy of the test data reached 0.01%.
