摘 要:为了研究镁对烤烟叶片氮代谢关键酶的影响,以烤烟品种K326为试验材料,采用水培方式,设置不同Mg2+浓度处理,测定了与氮代谢中相关的硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性。结果表明:在烤烟的生长的不同时期,NR活性呈先降低后升高再降低的趋势,GS活性呈先降低后升高的变化趋势,GOGAT活性呈逐渐减弱的趋势;在同一时期,不同Mg^2+浓度处理下烟叶NR活性有显著差异,Mg^2+浓度为6mmol/L时NR活性和GS活性最强,镁浓度的升高有利于GOGAT活性增强。结果表明Mg2+浓度为6mmol/L时,可提高烟草植株氮代谢关键酶的活性,促进无机氮向有机氮的转化。In order to study the effect of magnesium on key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in tobacco leaves, using flue-cured tobacco variety K326 as experimental material,hydroponics experiment with treatment of different magnesium concentration was conducted, and the activities of nitrate reductase (NR), glutamine synthetase (GS) and glutamate synthase (GOGAT) related to nitrogen metabolism were determined. The results showed that NR activity decreased first, then increased and finally decreased, while GS activity decreased first and then increased, and GOGAT activity decreased gradually during the whole growth process of tobacco. At the same stage, there were significant differences in the NR activity among different treatments. NR activity and GS activity were the strongest when Mg^2+ concentration was 6 mmol/L, the increase of magnesium concentration was beneficial to the activity of GOGAT. The results indicated that Mg^2+ with the concentration of 6 mmol/L could increase the activity of key enzymes in nitrogen metabolism of tobacco plants, promoting the conversion of inorganic nitrogen to organic nitrogen.
