摘  要:为了更加准确和高效地检测出汽车零部件的设计问题,提高检测质量和效率,该文采用知识工程的方法,在NX软件中开发自动化检测系统,集成了汽车设计检测知识库,对汽车零部件数字化三维模型进行设计质量及BP分析,验证了通过知识工程自动检测系统,可快速、高质量地完成零件设计质量检查,对于开发整车及各零部件自动检测系统具有指导意义。In order to detect the parts' design problems more accurately and efficiently and improve the detection quality, this paper adopts the method of knowledge engineering, develops an automatic detection system in NX software, which integrates vehicle detection knowledge and standards library, to check conformance of design quality and Best Practice (BP). It verifies that through the knowledge engineering automatic detection system, the quality inspection of parts design can be completed quickly and with high quality, which has guiding significance for developing the automatic detection system of whole vehicle and parts system.
