摘　　要：以区块链技术为核心建立房产信息共享平台,有效连接房产链联盟、金融机构及政府监管部门,构建高效便捷的房产链生态体系。探讨区块链技术在房地产信息系统中的应用,分析区块链技术在房产链信息系统中的优势,为区块链技术在房地产及其它领域的应用提供新的思路。Taking block chain technology as the core,this paper establishes the real estate information sharing platform to effectively connect the real estate chain alliance,financial institutions and government regulatory agencies,and builds an efficient and convenient real estate chain ecosystem. Then,discusses the application of block chain technology in real estate information system,analyzes the advantages of block chain technology in real estate chain information system,in order to provide new ideas for the application of block chain technology in real estate and other fields.
