摘　　要：在分析房地产行业现状的基础上,提出房地产开发企业动态联盟,以提高企业的核心竞争力。然后利用工程经济学中的价值工程思想,分析动态联盟为成员企业带来的成本效应、功能叠加效应、品牌和规模效应以及价值效应。研究显示,建立动态联盟是房地产开发企业面对严峻的市场环境,谋求可持续发展的战略选择。Based on the analysis of the present situation of real estate industry,this paper proposes the dynamic alliance to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Then using the value engineering thought in engineering economics to analyze the cost effect,function superposition effect,brand and scale effect and value effect brought by dynamic alliance for member enterprises. Research shows that the establishment of dynamic alliance is strategic choice for real estate development enterprises to seek sustainable development under severe market environment.
