摘　　要：分析太原市城镇居民住房状况与保障性住房建设情况,预测2018～2020年城镇人口、保障性住房及商品住房需求量,分析各类住房占比及相关影响因素,提出完善城镇住房供应体系,加快棚户区改造,以及发展共有产权住房的对策建议,对太原市做好住房保障等工作提供参考。This paper analyzes housing situation of cities and towns housing in Taiyuan and the situation of affordable housing construction,predictes the cities and towns population,the demand for affordable housing and commercial housing within 2018~2020.Meanwhile,analyzes the proportion of kinds of housing and the related factors,puts forward some suggestions on improving the cities and towns housing supply system,accelerating the transformation of shantytowns,and response recommendations development of communal housing,in order to provide reference for housing security of Taiyuan.
