手法调整腰椎关节治疗腰神经后支卡压症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨手法调整腰椎关节治疗腰神经后支卡压症疗效观察.方法:我院骨伤科门诊采用腰部手法关节调整及传统中药离子导入方法治疗60例下腰痛患者.60例患者分为2组,对照组(中药离子导入组)30例和观察组(手法腰椎关节调整)30例,治疗后1周、3个月对2组患者疗效进行随访,根据视觉模拟评分(VAS)、改良Macnab法进行疗效评定.结果:最终2组共60例完成随访.2组治疗后1周、3个月VAS值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),观察组治疗后1周、3个月VAS值均较对照组降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后3个月有效率为76.7%,观察组为93.3%,观察组治疗后3个月疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:中药离子导入方法治疗腰神经后支卡压症可以缓解下腰痛,而手法调整腰椎关节治疗疗效显著,无创安全,值得临床推广.Objective: To investigate the efiect of manual manipulation on lumbar intervertebral nerve compression syndrome. Meth丒 ods: 60 patients with lower back pain were treated with lumbar manipulation joint adjustment and traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis. 60 patients were divided into two groups, group A (iontophoresis group) 30 cases and group B ( manual lumbar joint adjustment) in 30 cases, 1 weeks after treatment, 3 months on the efficacy of the two groups were followed up, according to the visual analogue scale (VAS), the modified Macnab method was used to evaluate the curative effect. Results: a total of two A and B 60 patients were followed up. The two groups after 1 weeks and 3 months VAS values were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P < 0. 01 ), B group 1 weeks after treatment and 3 months VAS were lower than group A (P <0. 05), A group 3 months after treatment was 76. 7%, 93. 3% in B group, B group after treatment the effect of 3 months was better than that of A group (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: the method of iontophoresis of Chinese medicine could relieve the lower back pain in the treatment of lumbar spinal nerve compression syndrome, while the technique adjustment of the lumbar joint treatment was effective, non - invasive and safe, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
