矩螺钉在锁定钢板治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨矩螺钉在锁定钢板治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折中效果。方法:回顾2013年2月-2017年5月我院收治骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折患者48例进行研究,根据手术中置入矩螺钉数目不同分为2根矩螺钉组(植入2根矩螺钉治疗,24例)和1根矩螺钉组(植入1根矩螺钉治疗,24例),比较2组患者治疗1年后肩关节功能及并发症发生率。结果:2根矩螺钉组患者肩关节功能优良率显著高于1根矩螺钉组(95.83% vs.75.00%,P<0.05)。2根矩螺钉组患者并发症总发生率显著低于1根矩螺钉组(8.33% vs. 33.33%,P<0.05)。结论:2根矩螺钉在锁定钢板治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折患者中治疗,具有显著疗效和治疗安全性。Objective: to investigate the effect of moment screw in the treatment of osteoporotic proximal humerus fracture with locking plate. Methods: from February 2013 to May 2017, 48 patients with osteoporotic proximal humerus fracture in our hospital were reviewed. According to the number of moment screws inserted during operation, they were divided into 2 moment screws group (24 cases with 2 moment screws) and 1 moment screw group (24 cases with 1 moment screw implantation). The shoulder joint work of the two groups was compared after one year of treatment. Incidence of complications. Results: the excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function in two moment screws group was significantly higher than that in one moment screw group [95.83%]. The total incidence of complications in vs. 75. 00%, P < 0. 05 |. 2 root screw group was significantly lower than that of 1 moment screw group [ 8. 33% vs. 33. 33%, P < 0. 05 ]. Conclusion: the treatment of 2 moment screws in the treatment of osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures with locking plate had significant curative effect and treatment safety.
