手术室护理对髋关节置换手术术后感染的预防研究

摘　　要：目的:探究手术室护理干预对全髋关节置换患者术后感染的预防效果。方法:将梅州市中医医院在2016年4月-2018年4月进行髋关节置换手术的40例患者作为本次研究的主要对象。将采取常规护理的20例患者设为对照组,将剩余20例采用手术室护理的患者设定为观察组。比较2组患者各项并发症(切口感染、下肢深静脉血栓及压疮)及术后切口愈合情况,并通过自制护理满意度调查表评估2组护理满意度情况。结果:观察组并发症发生几率显著低于对照组(5.00%VS30.00%),P<0.05;且护理满意度高于对照组(95.00%VS65.00%),P<0.05;观察组患者术后切口甲级愈合情况优于对照组(95.00%VS50.00%%),P<0.05。结论:对髋关节置换手术患者实施手术室护理后,可预防并降低患者术后感染几率.在加快患者康复的同时提高护理质量,故值得进一步推广使用。Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of operating room nursing intervention on postoperative infection in patients with total hip arthroplasty. Methods: Forty patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty at Meizhou TCM Hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the main subjects in this study. Twenty patients who took routine care as a control group, and the remaining 20 patients who underwent operation room care as an observation group. Complications (incision infection, deep venous thrombosis and pressure ulcers) and postoperative incision healing were compared between the two groups. The satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups was evaluated by self 一 made nursing satisfaction questionnaire. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (5.00% vs 30. 00%, P <0. 05 ), and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (95.00% vs 65. 00%, P <0. 05) Grade A posterior incision healed better than the control group (95. 00% VS50. 00 %%), P <0. 05. Conclusion: After operating room care in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty, the chances of postoperative infection could be prevented and reduced, and the nursing quality could be improved while patients recovering. Therefore, it might be worth further promotion and use.
