摘 要:目的:探究MSCT(多层螺旋CT)与MRI(核磁共振)在膝关节隐匿性骨折中的诊断价值对比。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月间我院收治的膝关节隐匿性骨折的患者44例进行实验分析,全部患者均行MSCT和MRI检查,将行MSCT检查的患者作为MSCT组,将行MRI检查的患者作为MRI组,对比2种诊断方式对膝关节隐匿性骨折的诊断价值。结果:经过T1WI序列扫描,患者的成像表现为低信号或者略低信号,并呈不均匀片状表现;经过T2WI序列扫描,膝关节隐匿性骨折的信号表现为略高信号或者高信号;经过STIR序列扫描.骨折部位信号明显较高,边缘清晰度欠佳,无明显的线样低信号,或者略高信号呈现;MRI组患者的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值显著高于MSCT组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:针对膝关节隐匿性骨折的患者应选择MRI进行诊断,具有较高的诊断准确率,能够为制定膝关节隐匿性骨折患者的治疗方案提供依据。Objective: To explore the MSCT diagnostic value of MRI in the knee joint with occult fracture contrast. Methods: choose from January 2016 to January 2018, our hospital between 44 patients with knee occult fracture experiment analysis, the method of using the toss of a coin would all patients were divided into MSCT and MRI group, patients with MSCT group were row multislice CT scan, MRI group patients all lines of MRI, compared to two kinds of diagnostic value for the diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint. Results: After T1WI scanning, the patient presented low signal or slightly low signal, and presented uneven flaps. After T2WI scanning, the signal of occult fracture of the knee presented slightly higher signal or higher signal. After the stir 一 sequence scan, the fracture site signals were significantly higher, the edge sharpness was not good, and there was no obvious low or slightly high linear signal. Negative predictive value of sensitivity specificity positive predictive value in MRI group was statistically significant compared with that in MSCT group ( P <0. 05). Conclusion: MRI should be used for the diagnosis of occult knee fractures, which has high diagnostic accuracy and can provide the basis for the treatment of occult knee fracture.
