Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Demlin ( inorganic inductive active application for skin wounds ) on patients with high paraplegia and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳpressure sore. Methods: 47 patients with high paraplegia complicated with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳpressure sore were randomly divided into study group and control group, including 25 patients in study group and 22 patients in control group. Both groups were given routine cleaning and disinfection of skin around pressure sore, removing necrotic tissue from wound surface, washing and cleaning the wound surface with hydrogen peroxide, wiping the wound surface with sterile normal saline cotton ball and other local treatment, as well as general comprehensive support treatment such as nutrition supplement and anti-infection treatment. The study group was added with Dermlin and the control group was covered with gauze dressing after local application of anti -infection drugs. The therapeutic effect and cure time of the two groups were compared. Results丗 The treatment effect and cure time of the study group were significantly different ( p <0. 05 ). Conclusion: Dermlin can improve the healing rate and shorten the healing time of pressure sore caused by high paraplegia.
