摘  要:充分发挥存量资产优势,降低电解系列能耗,是当前电解铝行业的重要技改路线。通过强化电流,采用新的母线配置、新式节能阴极结构技术及上烟道集气系统等最新技术,对某铝厂已停槽的240 kA电解系列进行技术升级改造研究,预计年产能提高11.3%,吨铝直流电耗降低524kWh。It is an important technological upgrading roadmap in the aluminum industry to capitalize on the existing assets and reduce energy consumption of potlines nowadays. The research on technological upgrading and modification was carried out in one smelter's shutdown 240 kA aluminium potline by in tensifying currrent, utilizing new busbar arrangement, adopting new energy- saving cathode structure technology and the upper flue gas collecting system. The annual capacity is expected to rise by 11.3%, and DC power consumption will be reduced by 524 kWh/t-Al.
