基于SWOT分析的安溪茶庄园发展对策研究——以芹草洋茶庄园为例

摘　　要：在实地勘察、深度访谈和查阅相关资料的基础上,以芹草洋茶庄园为例,运用SWOT分析法对其优势、劣势、机会和面临挑战进行分析。通过专家调查权重法,构造芹草洋茶庄园总体发展战略四边形,结果表明:芹草洋茶庄园应将WO战略作为主导战略,即利用机会、回避弱点,同时要统筹SO战略,依托机遇、发扬优势。依据这一战略思路,拟制出推动芹草洋茶庄园发展的具体对策。On the basis of field investigation, in-depth interview and referring to relevant materials, this paper takes Qincaoyang tea plantation as an example to analyze its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges with SWOT analysis method. Through the method of weighting of expert investigation, the quadrangle of the overall development strategy for Qincaoyang tea plantation was constructed. The results show that the WO should be taken as the leading strategies in the Qincaoyang tea plantation, that is, to take advantage of opportunities and avoid weaknesses, and at the same time to plan SO strategies, rely on opportunities and carry forward strengths. According to this strategic thinking, the specific countermeasures to promote the development of Qincaoyang plantation will be worked out.
