口服复合中药制剂对慢性牙周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察并评价对慢性牙周炎(CP)患者给予复合中药制剂口服治疗的临床效果。方法 74例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,根据就诊编号随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合复合中药制剂口服治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后龈沟液炎性细胞因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.30%,明显高于对照组的81.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.045, P=0.025<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者的IL-6及hs-CRP水平分别为(0.95±0.21)ng/ml、(4.79±0.61)mg/L,均明显低于对照组的(1.88±0.37)ng/ml、(7.62±0.89)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性牙周炎患者给予常规治疗联合复合中药制剂口服治疗,能够显著改善患者龈沟液炎性状态,提高临床治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of oral compound Chinese medicine preparation on the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis(CP). Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic periodontitis as study subjects were divided by visiting number into observation group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received oral compound Chinese medicine preparation on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and inflammatory cytokines levels in gingival crevicular fluid before and after treatment was compared in two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 97.30% than 81.08% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.045, P=0.025<0.05). After treatment, both groups had obviously lower interleukin-6(IL-6) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) than those before treatment, and the observation group had obviously lower IL-6 and hs-CRP respectively as(0.95±0.21) ng/ml and(4.79±0.61) mg/L than(1.88±0.37) ng/ml and(7.62±0.89) mg/L in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with oral administration of compound Chinese medicine preparation can significantly improve inflammation state of gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis and improve their clinical efficacy. It is worthy of promotion.
