摘　　要：利用文献法对中国农村土地银行的研究历程进行回顾与反思,指出在概念、内涵、研究方法等方面存在的诸多问题,研究功效性较差,究其原因,一是研究多拘泥于"机构范式",二是研究多从外生供给角度进行,导致对政府主导的路径依赖,将农村土地银行的功能实现与农村金融机构改革相混淆。进一步的研究应厘清农村土地银行的概念和内涵,采用"功能范式"框架,从内生需求角度推进相关研究。The paper applies literature analysis method to review and reflect the progress of rural land bank studies in China.It highlighted some problems in conceptions, connotation, operation mode, methodologies and efficacy of rural land bank studies.The reasons are pointed out that the firmly entrenching in "institutional paradigm" in theoretical research and the path dependence on exogenesis government-dominant pattern in practical exploration, confusing the function of rural land banks with the reform of rural financial institutions.The further studies should clarify the concept and connotation of rural land banks, adopt the "functional paradigm" framework, and promote relevant research from the perspective of endogenous demand.
