雾化吸入复方异丙托溴铵与硫酸特布他林治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的效果对比

摘　　要：目的研究雾化吸入复方异丙托溴铵与硫酸特布他林治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的效果。方法将我院2017年8月~2018年8月收治的82例喘憋性肺炎患儿纳入研究,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,均41例,其中对照组实施硫酸特布他林,研究组实施复方异丙托溴铵,比较两组患儿各项炎症因子与症状消失时间。结果治疗前两组患儿的各项炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后研究组患儿各项炎症因子水平均优于对照组,对照组咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间等各项均长于研究组,两组患者治疗后均优于治疗前,研究组治疗总有效率(92.68%)明显高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过对喘憋性肺炎患儿实施雾化复方异丙托溴铵治疗,各项症状有效得到改善,炎症因子能够及时好转,值得应用。Objective To study the curative effect of aerosol inhalation with compound ipratropium bromide and terbutaline sulphate in treatment of children with asthmatic suffocating pneumonia. Methods 82 children with asthmatic suffocating pneumonia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected in the study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with terbutaline sulphate while the study group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide.The inflammatory factors and symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the study group were superior to the control group,and the disappearance time of cough and the disappearance time of lung rale in the control group were longer than the study group.Both groups were better after treatment than before treatment.The total effective rate in the study group was 92.68%,significantly higher than that in the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion By aerosol inhalation with compound ipratropium bromide for children with asthmatic suffocating pneumonia,all symptoms are effectively improved and inflammatory factors can be improved in time,which is worthy of application.
