摘 要:目的探讨床旁检测血糖仪在新生儿科的应用效果,从而为高危新生儿血糖筛查提供依据。方法选取2016年1月~2018年6月,住院的344例新生儿科低血糖症患儿为研究对象,对所有患儿采取床旁血糖仪检测(POCT)以及全自动生化分析仪检测,对比分析不同检测方法对应的血糖检测结果。结果床旁检测血糖仪检测的血糖水平处于可接受范围内,表明床旁检测血糖仪可用于血糖筛查;床旁血糖检测耗时以及采血量较生化分析仪器更少,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);低血糖患儿床旁检测血糖仪检测结果低于生化分析仪器检测结果,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论床旁检测血糖仪在新生儿科中有重要的应用价值,可用于高危新生儿血糖筛查分析和评价,便于尽早对患者实施治疗干预,具体应用中需要定期对其检测结果进行评价,从而控制保证床旁检测血糖仪检测精度。Objective To explore the application effect of point-of-care testing blood glucose meter in department of neonatology to provide basis for blood glucose screening in high-risk newborns. Methods 344 neonates with hypoglycemia who were hospitalized in department of neonatology from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.All neonates were tested by point-of-care testing(POCT) blood glucose meter and automatic biochemistry analyzer.The blood glucose test results corresponding to different test methods were compared and analyzed. Results The blood glucose level detected by point-of-care testing blood glucose meter was within an acceptable range,indicating that the point-ofcare testing blood glucose meter can be used for blood glucose screening.The amount of blood collected and the time taken for the point-of-care testing blood glucose meter were less than those of automatic biochemistry analyzer.Comparison of data was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The detection result of point-of-care testing blood glucose meter was than that of automatic biochemistry analyzer.The difference was not significant and had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion The point-of-care testing blood glucose meter has import application values in department of neonatology.It can be used for analysis and evaluation of blood glucose screening in high-risk newborns,so as to facilitate the implementation of therapeutic interventions for patients as soon as possible.In specific applications,it is necessary to periodically evaluate the test results to control the detection accuracy of the point-of-care testing blood glucose meter.
