摘 要:目的探讨白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)基因多态性与广西壮族人群冠心病发病风险的关联性。方法该病例对照研究共纳入研究对象1 202例,其中冠心病患者564例(冠心病组),同期对照者638例(对照组),使用Sequenom MassArray系统对IL-10单核苷酸多态性位点(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)进行基因分型,采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血浆IL-10水平,其余相关生化指标均由广西壮族自治区人民医院检验科按标准流程进行检测。使用Logistic回归模型对IL-10 SNPs与广西壮族人群冠心病发病风险进行探讨。结果与对照组相比,该研究并未发现IL-10所研究位点rs3021094、rs3790622、rs1800871与广西壮族人群冠心病发病风险存在关联性,进一步对相关危险因素进行校正后,结果仍无统计学差异。同时,该研究并未发现不同基因型间IL-10水平存在统计学差异。结论 IL-10 rs3021094、rs3790622、rs1800871基因位点多态性与广西壮族人群冠心病的发病可能无关。Objective To investigate the association between interleukin-10( IL-10) polymorphism and the risk of coronary heart disease(CHD) in Guangxi Zhuang population. Methods One thousand two hundred and two subjects were enrolled in this case-control study including 564 CHD cases(CHD group) and 638 controls(control group). Sequenom MassArray System was used to perform genotyping of IL-10 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs), and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the level of plasma IL-10. Other biochemical parameters were tested by standard protocols in the lab of the People′s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Logistic regression model was used to evaluate the relationship between IL-10 polymorphism and the risk of CHD in Guangxi Zhuang population. Results Compared with those in the controls, the associations between IL-10 polymorphisms including rs3021094, rs3790622, rs1800871 and the risk of CHD were not significant in Guangxi Zhuang population. After further adjustment for the risk factors, the results were not statistically significant. Meanwhile, the study did not find any significant differences in plasma IL-10 levels between those study genotypes. Conclusion IL-10 polymorphisms of rs3021094, rs3790622 and rs1800871 might not be related to the risk of CHD in Guangxi Zhuang population.
