农学专业学位硕士研究生案例教学模式探讨——以食品新产品开发课程为例

摘　　要：我国专业学位硕士的数量接近硕士研究生总数的三分之二,社会和企业对专业硕士实际解决生产问题的能力要求较高,案例教学是提高专业硕士研究生解决问题能力的有效途径。因此,在农学专业学位硕士研究生教育中应加强案例教学,并不断探讨案例教学模式对研究生的培养作用和意义。本论文将以农学专业学位硕士的食品产品开发课程为例,分析此课程的案例教学模式,并探讨案例教学的教学特点和实施方法,为促进案例教学发展奠定基础。At present,about two-thirds of the master’s degree graduates in China are professional graduates.The society and enterprises require higher production problem-solving abilities.Case study teaching is an effective way to improve those abilities of professional graduates.Therefore,case study teaching should be strengthened and the significance of case study teaching model in these students’education should be discussed.This paper takes the course of Food Product Development for example,analyzes the case study teaching model in this course,and discusses the teaching characteristics and implementation methods for the purpose of promoting the case study teaching model.
