摘  要:常用的低密度减轻材料漂珠产量较少、货源紧缺,单一的漂珠作为减轻剂导致生产成本高,因此优选了一种成本低、来源广的减轻材料-改性膨胀珍珠岩。提出在漂珠低密度水泥浆中复配部分改性膨胀珍珠岩的方案。室内实验评价结果表明,该体系密度在1.45 g/cm^3~1.60 g/cm^3可调,水泥浆具有良好的沉降稳定性、流变性,且失水量少、早期强度高等特点。对比同一密度下,采用部分改性膨胀珍珠岩复合漂珠的低密度水泥浆与单一的漂珠低密度水泥浆相比,在性能差别不大的情况下能有效的降低成本。该体系在现场应用6井次,固井电测解释表明,水泥浆返高能达到设计要求,而且固井质量优质,能够满足油气层段开采需求。The commonly used low-density mitigating materials have less production of floating beads, shortage of supply, and a single floating bead as a lightening agent leads to high production cost.Therefore, a low-cost, wide-source mitigating material-modified expanded perlite is preferred.A scheme for compounding partially modified expanded perlite in floating low-density cement slurry is proposed.The results of laboratory experiments show that the density of the system is adjustable between 1.45 g/cm^3~1.60 g/cm^3.The cement slurry has good sedimentation stability, rheology, low water loss and high early strength.Compared with the single bleached bead low-density cement slurry, the low-density cement slurry with partially modified expanded perlite composite floating beads can effectively reduce the cost under the same density.The system applies 6 wells in the field.The cementing electrical test interpretation shows that the cement slurry can reach the design requirements, and the cementing quality is high, which can meet the oil and gas interval mining demand.
