双边市场公交移动支付平台商业盈利模型

摘　　要：统计分析了深圳市公交支付信息包括移动支付、公交卡支付与现金支付,发现移动支付故障次数始终远远小于公交卡支付故障次数,且大多数人偏爱移动支付。同时基于双边市场理论,利用改进Hotelling模型构造了移动支付平台效用函数来显示公交移动平台的手续费、接入费、服务费及沉淀资金利息收入,进而构建了公交移动支付平台的商业盈利模型。Bus payment data including mobile payment, card payment and cash payment in Shenzhen is analyzed statistically, and the results indicate that the numbers of mobile payment failures are far less than that of bus card payment failures. Customers prefer the mobile payment. Based on bilateral market theory, the improved Hotelling model is applied to build an effect function in the mobile payment platform to display service fee, access fee and deposit interest. Accordingly, a commercial profit model for the mobile payment platform is established.
