摘 要:为提高LED基板的磨削效果,研究了结合剂成分及造孔剂形态和粒度对cBN陶瓷砂轮磨削性能的影响;通过调整陶瓷结合剂中成分的比例,使cBN砂轮的性能得到了不同程度的提高。实验结果表明:采用不同结合剂、同粒度同比例造孔剂,结合剂耐火度范围为800℃~865℃,流动性为140%~190%,抗折强度由85.21MPa提高到92.37MPa,抗拉强度由18.69MPa提高到19.34MPa;采用不同结合剂、不同粒度同比例造孔剂,结合剂耐火度范围为820℃~865℃,流动性为140%~160%,抗折强度由62.26MPa提高到102.25MPa,抗拉强度由16.46MPa提高到20.38MPa。In order to improve the grinding performance of LED substrate,the effects of binder composition,pore-forming agent morphology and particle size on the grinding performance of cBN ceramic grinding wheel were studied.The performance of cBN grinding wheel was improved variously by adjusting the proportion of components in ceramic binder.The experimental results indicated that with different binders but the same size and same proportion of pore-forming agents,the refractoriness of the binder is 800℃to 865℃,the fluidity is 140%to 190%,the flexural strength increases from 85.21 MPa to 92.37 MPa,and the tensile strength increases from 18.69 MPa to 19.34 MPa.With different binders,different particle sizes and different proportions of pore-forming agents,the refractoriness of the binder is 820℃to 865℃,the fluidity is 140%to 160%,the flexural strength is increased from 62.26 MPa to 102.25 MPa,and the tensile strength is increased from 16.46 MPa to 22.38 MPa.
