摘  要:通过改变旁热式组装中氯化钠总含量(0%、+2%、+3%和+4%),在合成温度为1350℃~1400℃、压力5~5.5GPa和烧结时间20~25min条件下,制成聚晶立方氮化硼复合片,以期达到均匀压力场、改善聚晶层平整度和提高性能稳定性的目的。与传统组装相比,随着体系中氯化钠用量的增加,靠近博士帽堵头侧复合片压力梯度随之减小。当氯化钠用量增至传统盐含量(4%)时,所制聚晶立方氮化硼复合片其平整度和性能稳定性达到最佳,外侧复合片中心与边缘区域聚晶层厚度差可缩小50%以上,且其硬度及切削性能偏差不高于8%。By changing the total content of sodium chloride(0%,+2%,+3%and+4%)in the side-heating assembly,the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride composite sheet was prepared with the conditions of synthesizing temperature 1350~1400%,pressure 5~5.5 GPa and sintering time 20~25 min,in order to achieve uniform pressure field and improve the smoothness of polycrystalline layer and the stability of PcBN compacts.Being different from the traditional assembly,the pressure gradient of the composite near the steel ring decreased with the increase of sodium chloride content in the system.When the Nacl content was increased to 4%,the PcBN compacts exhibited optimal planeness and stability of performance.The thickness difference between the center and the edge could be decreased by more than 50%and The deviation of hardness and cutting performance is not more than 8%.
